Rugsalus Tapestry IX, born March 2rd, 481, is a famed wizard from [[Birmingham]]. He, among his accomplices, are currently hiding in a poster in an unknown location.

Not much is known about this creature, other than that he seems to resemble a Cat, and possesses magic abilities. Nor is it known who the other 8 Rugsalus Tapestries before him were, if they did exist.

Rugsalus reportedly is responsible for granting [[John Rug]] immortality, although no eyewitnesses have been able to verify this, as Rugsalus seems to have wiped the memories of anybody nearby after performing the ceremony.

According to DNA evidence, the famous Guy Fawkes, responsible for the Gunpowder Plot of 1605, seems to have actually been five Rugsaluses in a trenchcoat (stacked on top of one another). This is also backed up by the fact that Guy Fawkes's height was suspiciously close to 5 times that of Rugsalus.
